Meeting Rooms:  The Holmes Center offers one private meeting room, a pre-function area with registration capabilities, and 22,656 square feet of arena floor space. Our Meeting Rooms and Arena floor space offer excellent facility space for meetings, conventions, exhibits, banquets, wedding receptions, parties or any event that requires facility space.

Meeting rooms may be booked Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, by contacting Jason Parker, Director at 828.262.7890.

Hospitality Services:  The Holmes Center offers concessions and catering services to its patrons. Concessions are sponsored by nonprofit organizations and catering is offered by Appalachian Food Services.

Catering:  The Food Services Department offers a full line of catering services. Questions relating to Food Services Catering functions should be directed to the Director's Office located on the first floor of Trivette Hall. Arrangements for catering service and special events may be made by calling 828.262.3061.
